Discovery
We spend time with the people who will inhabit the building — not just the client who commissions it. Understanding how a space will be lived changes what we propose.
Concept
A single strong idea governs each project. We resist the accumulation of features. The concept is the compass — every later decision checks against it.
Design Development
Materials, structure, section, and detail resolved together — not handed off in sequence. A wall thickness is a design decision.
